The questions investors always ask.

Can a foreigner actually own real estate in Mexico?

Yes — through a fideicomiso (Mexican bank trust). Standard since 1973, used by hundreds of thousands of foreign buyers. 50-year renewable term. The bank acts as fiduciary; you hold all economic rights, can sell, rent, or transfer at any time.

What financing options are available?

Each project sets its own terms. Common structures: 20% down + 18 months interest-free; 90/10 with discount; or developer direct financing up to 3 years (e.g., WAYE). Mortgage credit is available on projects with the condo regime already in place.

When does rental income start?

Depends on the project. Otonomus Tulum II Phase 2 hands over April 2027 with Year-1 occupancy modeled at 70%. WAYE delivers June 2026 and is already condo-regime ready. Resale-ready stock generates cash flow immediately on possession.

How is HAB different from a regular brokerage?

We're a master broker, not an inventory accumulator. Every project we represent has passed our filter for legal certainty, developer backing, financial viability, and immediate cash-flow potential. We say no to most projects we're approached with. That's the value.
