What if I don't like XUXUM after I see the materials?

Then you don't reserve. The pre-launch insider list is non-binding. You get to look at units, ask questions, and walk away if it's not the right project for you. We'd rather route you to a better-fit project than push a wrong one.

Is the pricing actually different for insiders?

Can foreigners buy XUXUM units in Tulum?

Yes — through a fideicomiso (Mexican bank trust) for properties in the restricted coastal zone. Standard practice for the last 50+ years. HAB uses the same fideicomiso bank across the portfolio for a clean process.

What does "eco-development" actually mean here?

For XUXUM it means sustainability is structural to the design — building orientation, materials, water/energy systems, and landscape integration — not a marketing label. The detailed spec sheet ships with the insider materials so you can audit it yourself.

What about resale and rental performance?
